I cannot wait to try this delicious sounding apple concoction! Definitely adding it to the menu for our Thanksgiving celebration. Try it out and let me know how you like it!
1- gallon apple juice
1- gallon apple cider
3 – 6 cinnamon sticks (more if you like a strong cinnamon flavor)
2 – cups brown sugar
1 – liter 190 proof Ever Clear (if Ever Clear is not available in your location, use another high-proof clear liquor in it’s place)
Large stock pot
Add all ingredients into the stock pot (EXCEPT EVER CLEAR). Then heat up to a low simmer, just until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Once cool add the Ever Clear. Bottle it up in a large jug or container and store in the fringe. Taste just like apple pie!
